摘　　要：教师改变理论是20世纪90年代在国外逐步兴起的一种教师教育理论,目前其衍生的理论体系已经成为诸多教师教育政策和实践所依赖的重要理论基础。当前我国的教师改变理论研究尚处于起步阶段,对于"改什么"、"为什么改"、"如何改"等教师改变理论中的一些关键问题尚未展开系统的、本土化的研究。我国教师改变理论研究的关注度、聚焦度亟待提高。The theory of teacher change is an important teacher educational theory which was growing up gradually at the international level since the 1990s and today it has become the key theoretical basis of the teacher education policies and practice.But the theory of teacher change in China has been at the stage of beginning and scholars have not done the systemic and local research on the key questions such as 'what to change','why to change' and 'how to change',so more attention are needed to pay to this theory researches.
