企业文化视角下的学院文化建设——兼谈高职人才的培养

摘　　要：学院文化是当代经世致用的大学文化。企业文化是法律框架内的追求利润为目标的文化。从企业文化的视角来看学院文化,颇有启示。良好的学院文化的创建,不仅对学校自我发展大有裨益,而且对人才培养也大有帮助。Currently, institute culture is the practical university culture, while corporate culture is the culture for pursuing pro t within the legal framework. We may learn a lot by treating institute culture from the view of corporate culture. The establishment of good institute culture is helpful to not only the development of schools, but also the cultivation of talents.
