摘　　要：由于历史环境和个人思想的局限,司马迁提出了"究天人之际"的重大命题,却未能作出科学的阐释。但这一问题的提出,仍具有不可低估的历史价值和现实意义。Limited by historical background and personal outlook, Sima Qian failed to offer a scientific illustration to the significant proposition he put forward on the relationship between celestial phenomena and human occurrences. Nevertheless, the proposal of the proposition is of great historic value and practical significance.
