摘 要:文章对一个师范实习小组的实习过程进行了跟踪调查,综合运用访谈、观察、实物收集等方法,刻画出实习生在实习学校的真实处境与生存状态,进而探讨造成这种处境和状态的原因,最后分析由此造成的影响。文章认为,该实习小组在实习学校处于"边缘参与"的生存状态,这种状态与实习制度和师范生的实习意识直接相关,这种状态影响了实习生的次级社会化。Researchers obeserved the behaviors of a team of interns from a normal university when they work as student teachers at a middle school. With the methods of interview, observation and documents, this paper pictured the real situation faced by the student teachers when they worked at the middle school, discussed the reasons that causes their working situation and personal conditions, and then analysis the effect of such situations. It believes that the team of interns is put into a situation of 'Peripheral Participation' which directly related to the current internship system and student teachers' awareness of the internship. As a result, it has impact on their secondary socialization.
