摘　　要：首先介绍了内科学的教学现状,信息技术背景下医学教育工作的信息素质要求以及内科学教学手段与方法改革的基本思路,然后给出了师资培养、教学设计以及利用多媒体和网络进行内科学教学改革的实施方案。本文为使用现代信息技术促进内科学教学改革、提高医学生培养质量提供重要思路与方法。This article first introduces the current situation of medicine teaching, information literacy of medical teaching staff, as well as basic thought of the reform about medicine teaching means and methods under the background of information technology. And then gives teacher training, instructional design, and use of multimedia and network in medicine teaching reform implementation. This article provides important ideas and methods for promoting the reform of medicine teaching and improving the quality of medical student training by using modern information technology.
