目标教学法在胰十二指肠切除手术临床教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨目标教学法在临床外科教学中的应用效果。方法自2010年1月~2012年12月采用目标教学法培训93名进修医生系统掌握胰十二指肠切除术相关专业技能。在培训前制定教学目标，培训结束后采用笔试、病例分析和书写手术记录等方式进行考核和评价。结果笔试考核成绩平均8.9分(满分10分)；病例分析符合率为83.6%；手术记录合格率100%。结论目标教学法能有效促进进修医师在一定时间内对重点内容的掌握，但广泛推广到临床各教学领域仍有待进一步探索。Objective To explore the effects of application of the target teaching method in clinical surgery teaching. Methods Training 93 refresher doctors to systemically master relevant professional skills of pancreaticoduodenectomy in target teaching method in the period from January 2010 to December 2012. Formulate the teaching targets before training and evaluate training effects after training by examination, case analysis and writing operation note. Results The examination scores are 8.9 on average;case analysis coincidence rate is 83.6%;Writing Operation note passing rate is 100%. Conclusion The target teaching method can effectively promote the refresher doctors to master important professional knowledge in a certain period of time, but to extend target teacher method to the whole clinical area remains to be further explored.
