摘　　要：世界医学教育联合会在世界卫生组织的支持下制定的继续职业发展全球标准,旨在实施质量保证和提高人才培训质量,也为医学人才的国际化设定了参系,有利于建立各国或国际的继续职业发展评估认证体系。全球标准的问世还为推进我国继续医学教育的国际化进程创造了有利时机。本课题组通过对国际和发达国家继续职业发展标准的研究,结合我国开展继续医学教育的实践,以继续医学教育对象中的临床医生为受教育群体,研究并提出了我国继续医学教育的标准,内容包括宗旨及目标、继续医学教育实施、医生个人、继续医学教育提供者、教育环境和资源、继续医学教育评估、领导与管理、改革与发展等八方面的内容,并提出了我国继续医学教育必须达到的相关要求,涵盖了继续医学教育的主要过程和关键环节。The World Federation for Medical Education(WFME) global standards for continuing professional development (CPD) were developed with the assistance from the World Medical Organization(WHO).The main intentions are to safeguard and improve the quality of medical practice and CPD,to be used as a benchmark for medical manpower internationalization, to establish a system of national and/or international evaluation and recognition of CPD or continuing medical education(CME).The publication of global standards also creates great challenges for China to promote internationalization of CME.To address quality assurance and standard setting, the task group has developed the Chinese standards for CME,using the global standards and standards ot some developed countries as templates,and in accordance with the developments of CME in China.The Chinese standards have defined the minimum requirements for CME and covered the main process and procedures,focusing on medical doctors,and including the following 8 areas:Mission and Outcomes,Implements of CME,The Individual Doctor,CME-Providers,Educational Context and Resources,Evaluation of CME,Organization and management,and Continuous Renewal.
