摘 要:食品安全是关系国计民生的重大问题,近年来,我国的食品安全问题屡见不鲜、形势严峻。强化从法治层面加强食品安全监管已成为一个亟待解决的现实问题。本文结合我国目前的食品安全现状,探讨了食品安全法治建设的重要性,阐述我国现有食品安全法律法规体系存在的问题,并提出了相应的建议,从而更好地保障食品安全。Food safety is a major issue related to nation's economy and people's livelihood.In recent years,food safety incidents often occur and is becoming serious.The strengthening of food safety supervision and inspection by law has become a practical problem needed to be solved urgently.In view of current food safety situation in our country,this article discussed the importance of the legal construction of the food safety,expounded the problems existing in the system of laws and regulations of food safety in the country,and put forward the corresponding proposal in order to guarantee food safety.
