摘　　要：道德失范不仅指的是传统道德在当今社会失去了规范人们行为的作用，更主要的是指道德本身在法治社会中主导地位的失落。在法治社会中，道德的主导规范地位失落了，道德必须从属于法律，要在法制建设的范围内思考道德重建问题，使道德规范转化为可以实际操作的法律规定，以便通过加强法治来提高全社会的道德水准，这是道德重建的最基本的任务。道德重建的最高任务是确立社会主义的道德理想和信念，引导社会向更高的境界发展。The irregularity in morality implies not only that the people's behaviors cannot be normalized by the traditional morality but also that the morality itself cannot play the dominant role in a legal society. The legal society requires that the morality should be subordinate to the law. As a result, the reestablishment of morality must be carried out on a legal base. The ultimate task of moral reestablishment is to form the consciousness of socialist morality and ideals.
