摘 要:目的追溯进口葡萄酒原产国信息。方法以镧系元素作为化学标记,通过电感耦合等离子体质谱仪进行检测,并对结果进行统计学分析,通过偏最小二乘法建立国别预测模型。结果未能在澳大利亚与智利的葡萄酒中找到特征元素组,这可能与其国土较广,本次试验的样品未能准确代表其国别,使聚类失败。其余国别都有较好的甄别。结论使用镧系元素作为化学标记对葡萄酒国别信息造假鉴定提供了一种新思路。Objectives To trace the information for imported wine of origin countries. Methods Taking lanthanides as chemical markers, the samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrome-ter. The results were statistically analyzed, and national prediction model was built by partial least squares dis-crimination. Results It was failed to find characteristic elements group in wine of Australia and Chile. This might due to its wide homeland. The test samples could not accurately represent their countries which caused the clustering a failure. The rest of the other countries showed better screening results. Conclusion It pro-vides a new thought for fraud identification of information on the producing country of wine using lanthanides as chemical markers.
