摘 要:客观地分折了中国超常人才教育所存在的影响自身发展的诸多困惑如:概念和定义的困扰、教师与教材的困扰、教育评估困惑、教育体制的困惑、超常人才持续发展的困惑等。并提出了,在信息时代超常人才教育的基本理念。如:拓展教育对象、模式等、实施目标式探索学习、复合素质的教育、个性优化的教育等。This paper analyzes some fuzzy areas with the current Talented Education system in China, which might affect its further development, e. g. what is concept vs. what is definition, what is the role of the teacher vs. what isthe role of the teaching materials, what is education assessment, what is an education system, what is continued development of Talented Education. The paper also defines the fundamental concepts with Talented Education in Information Age: e.g. how to extend the education to more people, education methodologies, experimenting with goal-oriented study, quality based education and individuality-based education.
