摘　　要：德育过程,即实现个体品德的社会化过程,是受教育者知、情、意、行等方面在原有的基础上的转化和提高过程。在孔子有关德育的言行和实践中,涉及了现代德育理论中品德构成要素的综合运用。从这一思想出发,在德育过程中应力求做到是非判断与价值认同的统一,理性启迪与情感激发、意志养成、行为习惯等非理性因素的统一。Moral education is the socialization of individual virtue. The educated can be improved on cognition, emotion,volition and action. Confucius mentioned the ideas about the moral education course in his words and acts. So it is important to integrate the judgment about the right or wrong with the value and the rational inspiration with the perceptual factor, including motivating emotion, steeling oneself and habit of doing something.
