江苏省普通高校体育教育本科专业田径类课程教师队伍现状及发展对策

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料研究法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对江苏省普通高校体育教育本科专业田径类课程教师队伍现状进行研究。通过研究发现:教师队伍年龄结构合理,职称结构具有明显优势,学历结构需进一步提高与改善;绝大多数教师对胜任田径类课程教学工作有自信;定向越野、野外生活生存等拓展课程的教师培训工作相对滞后;部分教师对田径类课程教学改革态度消极,并通过分析问题的影响因素,提出相应对策。This article, with the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, statistic and synthesis, researches the current situations and development countermeasure of teachers in track and field of P.E. major in Jiangsu province universities. The study finds that: teachers’ age structure is reasonable, the title structure has obvious advantages, degree structure needs to further enhance and improve; the vast majority of teachers feel confident about track and field teaching job; directional cross- country and wildlife survival development course of teacher training work is relative lag; part of the teachers have negative attitude for track and field teaching reform. And through the analysis of the influencing factors of the problem, the study puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
