对高校工科专业班主任工作的思考

摘　　要：班主任是大学生思想政治教育的重要骨干力量,在大学生的健康成长过程中扮演重要角色。文章指出了工科专业学生和班主任的新特点,并以学生对班主任的综合评议为研究载体,提出了提高工科专业班主任工作实效的三个建议。The class teacher is an important backbone of ideological and political education of college students,plays an important role in the healthy growth of college students.This paper points out the new characteristics of engineering major students and teacher,and students’ comprehensive appraisal of the teacher as the research carrier,proposes three suggestions to improve the effectiveness of practical work.
