摘　　要：本文从地方院校的特点出发,面对工程人才的培养现状及社会需求情况,介绍了如何根据自身办学条件,以电子设计竞赛为契机,改革理论教学模式、实践教学环节,完善科技文化竞赛培训体系,逐步探索出"化整为零,零存整取,有效衔接等"一套创新人才培养与实训平台创建的方案,通过近5年的实践,效果突出,成绩显著,可供同类院校借鉴。In this paper,from the characteristics of local colleges,facing the current situation of cultivation and social demand for engineering talent,describes how the conditions for running schools according to their own,to electronic design contest as a turning point,the reform theory teaching,practice teaching,improve the scientific and cultural competition training system,and gradually explore "break up the whole into parts,installment,create and practice platform solution culture effectively" a set of innovative talents,through practice of nearly 5 years,the effect is outstanding,outstanding achievements,which can provide reference for similar colleges.
