摘　　要：作者通过实例分析,提出需要有关领导重视提高英语水平等多种途径来提高译文质量。Through example analysis, especially referring to circulars (information) of interna-tional conferences, the author proposes that it is necessary for the leaders concerned toattach importance to various ways of raising English level, in order to improve the qua-lity of translation of their employees.
