摘  要:目的:为加强学生对外科手术学的动手能力,设计了综合性实验,旨在提高学生的综合素质,更好地适应临床工作的需要。方法:设计融合局部解剖学、诊断学和外科学三门课程的综合性实验,将2006级临床本科班160名学生随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组和对照组各有学生80名,实验组和对照组又各分为16小组,每小组有5名学生,共32小组,每个实验室4个小组,分别采取传统的教学方法和综合性实验。实验后进行考核和调查问卷。结果:实验组学生考试成绩好,对本次实验反映好。结论:综合性实验能大大提高学生的动手操作能力和独立临床思维能力等综合素质。Objective:Design comprehensive experiment to strengthen student about surgical operational capacity for enhance their comprehensive quality as as to adapt to clinical demands better. Method:Comprehensive experiment combines with anatomy、diagnostics and surgery.One hundred and sixty students are selected at random to test team and compare team from 2006 clinic medicine class.Each teamhas eighty students and tweleve groups(every group has five),one lab has four groups, the test team of comprehensive and the comparative ti team of traditional teach method.After the experiment about be will examine and survey.Result:The test team more better than the compare team about examination.Conclusion:The comprehensive experiment could enhance students opration ability and clinical thought and capability,etc.
