摘　　要：本文研究了四种职业的知识分子在工作期望和工作知觉上的差异。研究表明:所有知识分子在工作期望和工作知觉之间都有非常显著的差异,其中以在企业中的知识分子的差异最大;职业的不同在工作时间、人际关系和自我发展的期望上有显著差异,其中以在卫生系统工作的知识分子的期望值最高。本文在研究工作期望和工作知觉的同时,也对某些知识分子政策进行了探讨。This study investigated the differences of the work expectation and perception among intellectuals in four kinds of professions. The results showed that there were very significant differences between work expecta- tions and perceptions among intellectuals, different professions have very different expectations toward working time, interpessonal relationship and self-development. Some implications to policy making on intellectuals were discussed.
