摘　　要：教育善作为社会对教育者的价值期待,有两个基本的展开维度:一是教育者内在的教育道德,二是作为教育者外在行为准则的教育伦理。对这两个维度予以科学把握,并在此基础上探寻教育善实现的具体路径,不仅将推动教育伦理学研究的深入,而且对于全面提升教育者的素质,使其所从事的教育活动最大限度地契合社会所设定的“应然”,也极具方法论的启迪。The educational good,as the educato rs' value expected by the society,has tw o basic dimensions of development.One is the internal educational morality of educators and t he other is the external educational ethics educators follow.We should have a sc ientific command of the two dimensio ns and explore the approach to the re-alization of the educational good,b ecause it will not only further the study of ethics,but raise the educators' quality so that their educational activitie s will be able to suit the“ought to be”set by the society to the greatest possible extent.
