顶岗实习对高职毕业生保留工资的影响

摘　　要：保留工资对个人的求职和就业具有决定性的影响。基于2012年北京大学教育学院开展的"高职高专毕业生就业调查"相关数据,研究表明,顶岗实习薪资对毕业生保留工资有显著正向影响,但顶岗实习工作与专业的关联度、顶岗实习工作对专业的技术要求、顶岗实习对专业发展的作用对保留工资的影响不显著。同时,院校中女生所占的比例、院校中工科专业所占的比例、院校所在地区、示范院校与骨干院校对毕业生的保留工资有显著影响。此外,所在城市第二产业所占的比重、每十万人口的大学生数以及失业率也对毕业生的保留工资具有显著影响。Reservation wage is critical for successful job searches among college graduates. However, the research base is virtually non-existent. This paper utilizes the 2012 Vocational College Graduates Survey data to analyze the determinants of reservation wage of vocational college graduates. This research finds that the internship wage has a significant and positive effect on reservation wage, while other internship characteristics are not statistically correlated with the earnings expectation. In addition, certain institutional characteristics and local labor market traits are significant predictors of graduates' reservation wage.
