摘　　要：高等职业教育在我国已进入了一个蓬勃发展的时期，高职学生人才素质的高低关系着我国社会的发展，本文从高职学生的理想信念、人生价值观、道德观方面进行分析，探索现状，主要从思想政治理论课，学校营造环境入手，寻求解决途径，提高高职学生的思想道德素质。Higher vocational education in China has entered a period of vigorous development, vocational students' level of quality related to the development of our society, this paper analyzes the students' vocational ideals and beliefs, life values, and morality aspect, exploring the status quo, mainly from the ideological and political theory courses, schools create an en-vironment start looking for a solution to improve the vocational students' ideological and moral qualities.
