摘 要:有好的教师,才有好的教育。如何发现名师、培养名师,既是个理论问题,更是实践探索。杭州名师工程历时五年,不但为杭州市培养了500多名名师和学科带头人,而且还积累了丰富的名师培养经验,形成了八大培训特色:培养目标具体明确、课程设计丰富多样、名师培养基地扎实有效、"七环培训"环环相扣、田野大课堂送教下乡、通识培训拓展教师素养、课题引领反思提高以及教学相长硕果累累。Good teachers make for good education. How to find and cultivate star teachers is both a theoretical and practical question. Hangzhou's star teacher project lasted for five years. In which time it not only trained 500 top teachers and academic leader's, but also accumulated top teacher training experiences. This project has eight distinguishing features: specific training Goals; rich and varied curriculum design; effective star teacher training base; interlocking 'seven-link training'design; field teaching for the rural schools; liberal education for the improvement of teachers' quality; and, reflection and improvement through the leading of research project; and learning while teaching.
