论学生间的“差异”和“差距”——由“绿领巾”等事件引发的思考

摘  要:学生的差异不同于差距。但在现实中,很多教师把学生之间的"差异"简单看成是"差距",过于看重学生成绩差距。急功近利的社会环境和教师简单直观的思维方式是造成这一现象的重要原因。如何对待学生的差异和差距?首先应寻找教学切入点,尊重学生差异;其次应充分利用学生差异,缩小学生差距。There's no comparison between the differences of learning ability and the gaps of learning performance among students. However, in reality, quite a number of teachers often obfuscate them and place too much emphasis on the gaps among students. The main causes of this phenomenon are the utilitarian social environment and people's simple and intuitive way of thinking. How to deal with the differences and the gaps among students? First, more attention should be paid to students' individual differences and new starting point of teachin should be obtained. Second, teachers should make full use of the students' differences, and turn individual differences into their advantages so as to be able to narrow the gap among them.
