摘  要:目的:探讨临床护理教学中隐蔽课程对学生素质影响的重要性。方法:将每次目染带教老师主动搀扶产检后孕妇起坐的实习护士作为实验组,其它对此实验项目不知情的带教老师带教的学生为对照组。观察记录2组学生产检操作后,搀扶产检后孕妇起坐的人次,统计搀扶率,对照分析带教老师日常行为习惯对学生的潜在影响。结果:实验组学生主动搀扶产检后孕妇起坐率(60.95%)明显高于对照组(20.91%)。结论:隐蔽课程的正面影响对护理实习生人文素质的提升起到关键性的作用。重视隐蔽课程教学能让学生在无威胁的环境中学习,持续开放自我并把自我溶于学习中去,进一步提高了显性课程的学习效率。[Objective] To investigate the importance of the hidden curriculum in the clinical nursing teaching on the quality of students.[Method] The practice nurses were selected as the experimental group whose teacher help the pregnant women sit up after the antenatal examination and as the control group whose teacher did not do it.The times of helping the pregnant woman sit up by student nurse after the antenatal examination were observed and recorded.The rate of helping was compared between two groups and then the effect of clinical teachers on the students was analyzed.[Result] The rate of initiative helping in the experimental group(60.95%) was significantly higher than the control group(20.91%).[Conclusion] The positive effects of hidden curriculum of nurses play a key role in the improvement of interns' humanistic quality.Attention to the hidden curriculum teaching could help students study in the non-threatening environment,remain open.This teaching could also further improve the efficiency of explicit curriculum.
