摘  要:目的:总结供应室临床教学中的问题,提出对策,以提高教学质量。方法:对65名实习护生临床带教中存在的问题进行分析,针对问题采取相应对策。结果:供应室临床教学中,发现带教老师的自身素质及教学方法影响了教学质量,护生对环境不适应,基础理论知识欠缺,无菌观念不强,职业防护意识淡薄,实习目的性不明确,对供应室实习重视程度不够。采取相应措施后存在的问题得以整改或解决。结论:加强带教老师的素质培养,制定教学目标,实施计划,完善考评制度,加强沟通,构建和谐的师生关系,增强护生职业防护意识,加强无菌观念,走出误区,转变教学观念,提高对供应室实习的重视程度等,可提高供应室临床教学质量。[Objective]Find out the solutions to the problems in clinical teaching in hospital supply room.[Method]Identify the causes of difficulties faced by the nursing students and take measures to help students achieve the goals of clinical learning. [Result]The difficulties were caused by the following factors - - the teachers' teaching methods that hampered teaching quality;the students' failure to adapt to the working environment;insufficient textbook knowledge;lack of sense of protection against work hazards;no perspective on the purpose of nursing practice.Strategies were taken to help students achieve the goals of clinical learning.[Conclusion]Improvement of the teachers' personal qualities,reasonable teaching objectives,good teaching plans and evaluation system,and good communication and interpersonal relationship are the crucial difference between effective and ineffective clinical learning.
