英国“确保开端”项目对我国学前教育的启示

摘　　要：1998年以来,英国政府推行了"确保开端"(Sure Start)项目,加大了对学前教育的财政投入,加强了家庭和社区建设,为学前儿童尤其是弱势儿童的发展提供了更多机会。我国可以借鉴英国的经验,增加对学前教育的资金投入,以儿童为本,关注弱势儿童,争取幼儿园、家庭和社区共育,最大限度地促进学前儿童的发展。Since 1998, with the introduction of Sure Start program, Britain has increased its financial investment in preschool education, reinforced family and community construction, thus proving children, especially disadvantaged children, more opportunity for development. We should learn from their experience and increase investment in preschool education and give more concern to disadvantaged children, and promote cooperation between the kindergarten, family and community to maximally accelerate children’s development.
