摘 要:园本教研强调以教师为主体,因此,切实了解幼儿园教师对园本教研的看法十分必要。本研究对三位不同园所、具备不同经验资历的幼儿园教师进行深度访谈。研究发现,幼儿园教师对"园本教研"概念内涵和意义的认识普遍模糊:他们普遍肯定园本教研活动的出发点,但都强调园本教研活动能否产生积极的实际效果还要看其具体内容和组织形式;幼儿园教师普遍希望园本教研活动能密切关注实践,针对不同专业发展阶段设置不同的园本教研内容和形式;此外,在园本教研制度建设上给予幼儿因教师一定的外部保障和激励也是幼儿园在推进园本教研活动时需要解决的重要问题。The author interviewed 3 preschool teachers with different experience and qualification from different kindergartens. The research reveals that teachers have ordy vague ideas about the meaning and significance of kindergarten-oriented teaching and research;they generally confirm its orientation but all emphasize its contents and forms;they hope the research could be more practical and different contents and forms could be designed for different stages of professional development.In addition, external guarantee and stimulation for teachers is also a key problem to be solved in promoting kindergarten-oriented teaching and research.
