摘　　要：在"回归工程"的教育理念下,工程硕士专业学位教育适应了社会对高层次应用型人才的需求,提高了企业人力资源的竞争能力。作为新生事物,工程硕士教育存在生源波动、培养模式单一、社会认可度不高等问题。通过精英性、多样性、适应性、发展性等多元化质量观的重构,对工程硕士教育的持续、稳定发展具有重要的意义。Under the education Philosophy of 'return to engineeing',Master of Engineering degree education is adapted to the demand of professional community of high-level application-oriented.The competitiveness of enterprise's human resources is improved.As a new thing,there are problems in Engineering Master Education as students fluctuation,single training mode,lower social recognition.By the philosophy reconstruction of the elite,diversity,adaptability,establishing of diversified quality,there is great significance to sustained and stable development of Engineering Education.
