摘 要:针对一阶的稳定和积分时滞系统,基于传统的预估器结构,提出了一种改进的Smith预估器方案。通过等效变换原理将Smith预估器结构简化为内模控制结构,并利用内模控制原理设计控制器,使得控制性能得到了较好改善,并且扩大了Smith预估器的应用范围,使其在高阶滞后系统中也可以显示出良好的控制性能。另外,提出一种简单的参数调节方法,不但使得需要整定的参数大大减少,提高了效率,同时优化了计算过程。对多个控制系统的仿真结果证实了该设计方法具有更好的动态特性与鲁棒性,而且该方法易于实现,在工程应用领域意义重大。A modified Smith predictor based on the structure of traditional Smith predictor is presented to control first-order stable and integrating processes with dead-time.The modified Smith predictor is transformed to internal model control(IMC) structure equivalently for simplicity,and the controller is derived by IMC principle.The closedloop system control performance is improved and enlarge the application bounds are enlarged.The proposed design procedure can be directly extended to high order systems and has good control performance.Besides,a simple tuning rule for the parameters is proposed,which advances the efficiency and optimal the calculated process.Simulation results of several examples show that the proposed Smith compensator has better performance in dynamic characteristics and robustness.The method is easy to implement and it is very significant in engineering.
