摘  要:以问题为基础的学习(PBL)和案例教学法(CBL)都是重在解决问题的主动学习法.面对21世纪新形势下的传染病学教学特点,传染病学教学必须适应新形势需要.引入PBL、CBL和多媒体辅助教学(MCA)I,形成以问题为中心,变学生被动学习为主动学习的教学模式,促进师生互动,将大大提高传染病学教学的效果和医学生的综合能力.Both Problem based-learning(PBL)and Case-based learning(CBL)are active-learning strategy in which the group focused on solving a presented problem.In the face of the new specific features of lemologies education in the 21st century,it is necessary and urgent that lemological teaching must be reformed to accommodate new situations.Teaching model of the incorporation of PBL,CBL and MCAI into select areas of a clinical course of lemology education,which is problem-based learning and from passive learning to active learning,will promote student participation and student-instructor interaction and improve the teaching quality of lemology education and comprehensive capability of the medical students.
