摘　　要：如何提高高校外语教学质量可谓老生常谈。然而意义却不容忽视。本文拟从三方面对影响外语教学质量的因素进行分析:学校的政策和管理;外语教师的综合素质和敬业精神;学生主观能动性的发挥。How to improve college English teaching is a platitude but the significance of doing so can't be neglected. The article is aimed at analyzing the factors affecting the teaching quality in terms of colleges ' policies and management the teacher's comprehensive quality and devotion to duty and the development of the student's subjective initiative.
