摘  要:2 1世纪组织竞争的最高层次是文化竞争 ,不少专家学者对这个问题提出了很多观点和战略 .由于文化这个概念太大太抽象 ,组织文化竞争的范围太广 ,从组织的结构、战略到经营管理无不和文化有关 .因此 ,这个问题一直使不少组织领导者感到困惑 .本文试图从企业文化的角度入手 ,探讨它作为组织核心竞争力的作用 .笔者认为 ,寻找、培育和形成具有基准文化和提升文化特征的企业文化才是组织核心竞争力之真正所在 .The top competition in management in the 21 st century is the competition in culture.Quite a number of experts have put forward their ideas and strategies on this point.Due to the abstract feature of the concept-culture,and the extensive range of competition in this area,as well as its being related to formation,strategy and management of the organization,it always brings confusion to a lot of leaders of enterprises.This paper,focusing on enterprise culture,attempts to discuss how to search,cultivate and develope enterprise culture based on enterprise's own characteristics,and points out that,only when an enterprise culture has developed over Bench marking culture stage into the top stage characterized by innovative culture and value chain culture,the enterprise can be said to possess the core competence,because enterprise culture characterized by Bench marking cuture is easily imitated by other enterprises.
