摘 要:用高效液相色谱法研究了外源赤霉酸(GA3)处理对茶树新梢内源脱落酸(ABA)、GA3、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚乙醛(IAAD)和玉米素(Zeatin)含量的影响及其与新梢生育的关系。结果表明,秋季喷施125mg/LGA3后,在新梢生长初期和旺盛期,ABA含量可以保持在较低水平上,而GA3含量则维持在较高水平上,新梢总长度增加,加速生长期提前。GA3处理还使新梢内源IAA、IAAD和Zeatin的含量发生变化。HPLC was used to investigate the effect of exogenous gibberellic acid(GA 3) on such endogenous hormones as indole 3 acetic acid(IAA),indole 3 acetaldehyde(IAAD),abscisic acid(ABA)and Zeatin,and on the development of tea shoots. By spraying tea bushes with GA 3(125mg/L) in autumn,the endogenous ABA content was controlled at a relatively low level and the endogenous GA 3 content at a relatively high level in the early stage and the vigorous stage of the shoot development,resulting in the increasing of the total shoot length and the accelerating of the shoot development. The developing speed of the shoots was influenced by the exogenous GA 3 through its effect on the contents of the endogenous IAA,IAAD and Zeatin in the shoots.
