摘 要:以往师专心理学教材缺乏应有的必要的教育教学能力训练的结构体系。究其原因:在教学实践中把知识学习与能力训练基本分家;忽视了知识与能力非同步性规律;对师专生缺乏教育教学实践的状况认识不足等。师专心理学教材教育教学能力训练结构体系的建立:1.结合知识内容科学地设置训练项目,达到训练目标;2.编选教育教学能力训练的案例;3.安排活动课程内容,促进知识向能力的转化;4.教学内容分层次,提高自学能力,独立钻研教材的能力;5.要有教育教学能力考核的内容与要求。In the past the psychology teaching materials in normal training college were basically the structural system of knowledge established mainly as passing on knowledge,which lacked essential structural system of ability-training in education-teaching. The reasons are: a separation of knowledge-learning from ability-training in teaching ptactice; negligence of nonsynchronouslaws between knowledge and ability; unawareness of the conditions of lacking the practice of education-teaching for the students in normal training college. The structural system of ability-training of education and teaching of psychology teaching materials should be established like this: (1) set up training projects and reach the training objective, combining knowledge contents; (2) compile examples of ability-trainig in education and teaching; (3) arrange contents of curriculum activities to promote the transformation form knowledge to ability; (4) grade the teaching contents to enchance the ability to study independently and to study the teaching materials intensively; (5) give the contents and requirement to the checkuup of ability to teach and educate.
