摘 要:在我国政府的职能转变后,并在实行市场经济的情况下,新的食品卫生工作模式应是:强化食品卫生监督职能,增加有偿服务职能;建立健全企业自身管理组织,充分发挥个体劳协作用,建立行业管理组织,完善食品质量保证体系;有关职能部门联合进行食品卫生监督管理工作;建立社会监督机制,实施社会监督。fter the govermnt changed its function and under the condition of market economic.the new food safety control model profitably are: reinforcing the function of food safetysupervision, enhancing the paid service, establishing and amplifying the selfmanagmentorganization; giving fully play to the individual worker's organization; setting up the trade management organization; perfecting the guarantee system of food quality; good cooperation of the related units of government in developing the food safety control; setting up the system of mass surveillance so as to get the social inspection promoted.
