摘　　要：体验式教学强调问题现实性、情境体验性和思维发展性。根据情境学习理论、实践智力理论、复杂适应系统理论,结合教学内容,在大学生心理健康教育课程中,通过契约制定,将学生认知性任务重新回归到真实的情境状态,教师选择适宜学生的活动形式,鼓励其接纳自我,积极处理显性或隐性的内在冲突,从而有效地提升个体心理健康水平。The Experience-oriented Teaching emphasizes realistic problems, situational experience and thinking development. In order to effectively improve the individual psychological health level, it is essential to: combine the teaching contents according to Contextual Learning Theory, Practice Intelligence Theory and Complex Adaptive Systems Theory; return students' cognitive tasks to the real situational state in undergraduates' Mental Health Education Curriculum through making a contract; select the appropriate forms of activities; encourage their self acceptance; actively process overt or covert internal conflicts.
