摘  要:诊断学是运用医学基本理论、基本知识和基本技能对疾病进行诊断的一门学科,是临床各学科的基础,也是培养学生临床技能的重要阶段。医学的快速发展与近几年医学生临床技能水平下降形成了强烈的反差,如何改革临床诊断学的教学,更好地提高医学生的临床技能是一个值得探讨的课题。本文分析了目前临床诊断学教学中存在的问题和现状,提出了以培养和提高学生的临床技能和实际应用能力为核心的教学理念。我们通过加强师资培训、更新教学理念、调整课程设置、改革授课内容和教学方法、调整考核评估方法等教学改革,提高临床诊断学的教学效果,供大家借鉴。Diagnostics is a subject that teaches students how to diagnose diseases by using basic theories,basic knowledge and basic skills,is the foundation of clinical subjects,and also is an important stage of educating students' clinical skills. With the rapid development of medicine and the level drop of medical students' clinical skills,How to reform the teaching methods of clinical diagnostics and to improve students' clinical skills is a matter worth discussing. We analyzed current conditions and matters existing in the teaching of clinical diagnostics; put forward the teaching idea with the core of educating students' clinical skills and practical application ability. We tried to improve teaching effects of clinical diagnostics by perfecting teacher training, updating teaching ideas,adjusting course design,reforming lesson contents and assessment methods.
