摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职教育重要的实践教学环节。文章针对其在实践中存在的问题,探究其原因,寻求其对策,以期促进高职教育的可持续发展。Post practice is an important practice teaching link of higher vocational education. Causes are probed into, countermeasures sought to its problems meeting in practice in order to promote the sustainable development of higher vocational education in the article.
