摘　　要：随着21世纪到来,中国正步入全球化的行列,我们所生活的世界就好像一个"地球村",要想更好地生活在这个村子里就必须掌握一项技能,即所谓的跨文化交际能力。由于不同民族所处的自然环境,历史背景和宗教信仰等都不相同,他们在各自环境中产生的社会文化当然也不相同,而这些文化又是人们进行交流所必须的因素,所以利用英语教学进行跨文化交际能力的培养变得势在必行。With the arrival in the 21 st century, China is entering the ranks of globalization, the world we live in is like a"global village", to a better life in this village must have a skill, which is called Intercultural communication competence. Because different people place of natural environment, history background and religious belief are not all the same, they have in their respective environment of social culture of course is not identical also, and these culture and people communicate must the factors, so use English teaching of the cultivation of intercultural communication competence become imperative.
