大学生课外科技活动在培养工科创新人才方面的有效作用——以沈阳工业大学信息学院为例

摘　　要：随着高校的扩招,大学生就业形势日趋严峻,大学生的实践能力和创新能力已成为目前高等教育关注的焦点之一。为了全面提高学生的学习能力、实践能力、创新能力,笔者对沈阳工业大学600名大学生进行调查,明确当前大学生课外科技活动的基本情况,并针对其中存在的问题,从配备学业导师、课外活动衔接科技赛事、合理利用社会资源三个层面提出加强大学生课外科技活动的对策建议。With the expansion of university enrollment, college students’ employment situation is increasingly serious, the students' practice ability and innovative ability has become the focus of attention of the current higher education. In order to improve the students' learning ability, practical ability, innovative ability, the author makes a investigation on 600 college students of Shenyang University of Technology, clear the basic situation of the extracurricular activities of science and technology, and aims at the problems, from equipped with academic advisor, extracurricular activities linking technology competition, the rational use of social resources three aspects to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen college students’ science and technology activities.
