摘　　要：本文在小学"人才培养模式"变革的背景下,研究小学英语教师的职前培训有效模式,提出构建"校校合作、依托课程、集中提高"的职前培训模式,以期提高职前培训的效果,缩短与岗位需求间的差距,提升英语师范生的职业能力。In this paper, in the background of primary school"mode"change talent, English teachers of primary school pre service training mode, to put forward the construction of pre employment training mode of"university school cooperation, relying on course, the focus is on improving", in order to improve the effect of training in pre and post, shorten the gap with the needs of employment, promote English students’ occupation ability.
