摘　　要：本文根据当前大学生学习日语的动机,从教学实践的角度,指出日语课堂教学要坚持以学生为主体,注重灵活运用多种教学方法,激发学生学习的积极性和主动性,使学生在兴趣中学习知识的同时,培养学生自主学习的能力,从而提高大学日语的教学效果,在提高教学质量中更好地培养人才。According to the current situation of college students' motivations of learning Japanese, from the perspective of teaching practice, points out that the Japanese teaching should adhere to the students as the main body, pay attention to using various flexible teaching methods, stimulate the students' enthusiasm and initiative, make students interested in learning knowledge, cultivating students' autonomous learning ability, thus to improve the teaching effect of Japanese university, better training in improving the quality of teaching.
