从艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线谈如何提升高中政治课教学质量

摘  要:德国心理学家艾宾浩斯独立创制出艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线,揭示了遗忘的进程是不均衡的,具有"先快后慢"规律。后人通过对该曲线进行了更深入的研究,得出遗忘同时又受各种其他因素影响,而这些因素恰恰决定了记忆的效果。本文就结合艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线的规律性特征及遗忘影响因素两个方面,分别从把握教学内容的性质、优化教学流程设计、重点难点过度教学、调动学生学习情绪四个方面谈如何提升高中政治课教学质量问题。The German psychologist Ebbinghaus created Ebbinghaus forgetting curve, reveals the forgotten process is not balanced, with"slow after the first"rule. Future generations through more in-depth study of the curve, the forgotten it is also influenced by many other factors, and these factors determines exactly the memory effect. Two aspects and forgetting regularity characteristics based on the combination of Ebbinghaus forgetting curve factors, separately from the optimization character, grasp the teaching content, teaching process design of key and difficult excessive teaching, arouse students four aspects of emotions on how to improve the high school political lesson teaching quality problems.
