长白山野生食用菌的功能性应用现状

摘　　要：随着我国市场经济的完善和人们生活水平的不断提高,食用菌以其营养丰富并具有食疗价值正日益受到人们的重视。近年来更是作为一种绿色食品对其食用和药用价值研究也越来越深入。吉林省长白山地区是野生食用菌资源十分丰富的区域,具有无污染、纯绿色天然的特点,开发长白山野生食用菌资源对发展"绿色经济"有重大意义。本文简述了长白山地区野生食用菌的种类及其功能性应用现状。Along with our country market economies' completing and people's living standard improving ,edible fungus with its rich nutrition and healthcare value increasingly attracted people's attention. In recent years , as a kind of green food to edible and medicinal value researches are also more and more further ,the Changbai moutain of Jinlin Province is a very rich area of wild edible fungus resources,no pollution,pure green natural characteristics, the development of Changbai mountain wild edible fungus resources to the development of 'the green economy' has the great significance. This paper briefly describes the wild edible fungus' kinds of Changbai mountain area's situation and its functional research status.
