高校生态式职业生涯教育体系的构建——以漳州职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：借鉴美国高校职业生涯教育工作的基本经验,针对我国高校传统职业指导模式存在的问题,以漳州职业技术学院为例,提出建设"生态式"的课程、团队、教学模式的职业生涯教育体系。In view of problems found in conventional career education mode in China, the paper borrows from American higher vocational colleges the basic experience and puts forward an ecological approach to career education. It introduces the experience of Zhangzhou Institute of Technology on how to design courses which include ecological experiencing activities, to set up faculty team and to work out a teaching mode suited for nature experience.
