摘 要:温度变化导致的模态参数波动被认为是引起微机械振动陀螺零偏漂移的主要因素,但目前关于模态参数对陀螺零偏影响机制的研究很少。针对这个问题,结合微机械陀螺的动力学模型及工作原理,理论上推导了零偏与主要模态参数之间的关系,并通过仿真进行了详细的定量分析。分析结果表明,敏感模态品质因数变化是引起零偏漂移的最显著因素,同时,总的陀螺漂移与敏感模态品质因数的取值成反比,与驱动模态谐振频率和敏感模态谐振频率的取值成正比。这些特性和结论可为陀螺的结构优化和误差补偿提供理论指导。Mode parameter variations induced by temperature change are widely thought as significant causes to bias shift of the micromachined vibratory gyroscope (MVG). However, to date, studies on the mechanism that explains how mode parameters affect the bias shift are rarely published. Focusing on the issue, this paper analyzes theoretically the relation between the bias shift and the mode parameters according to the dynamics and operation principle of the MVG. Then, the detailed and quantitative analyses are made through the simulation. The analyses and simulation results show that the change of sense-mode quality factor is the most notable cause to the bias drift. The total bias shift due to mode parameter variations decreases significantly with increasing the designed sense-mode quality factor, while increases with increasing the designed drive-mode resonant frequency or the designed sense-mode resonant frequency. These conclusions can provide some guidance for structure design and error compensation of the MVG.
