高职英语教师专业化发展的行动研究——反思性思维培养的个案分析

摘　　要：通过对高职院校的三位英语教师进行个案分析,结合教育学的行动研究理论,培养教师的反思性思维。旨在推动英语教师的专业化发展,探讨从通用英语教师向专门用途英语教师成功转型的途径。Based on the action research theory in education, this paper discusses methods in promoting English teacher reflective thinking through the case study of three teachers in a vocational college. Reflective thinking can trigger teacher's professional development, which probably makes the transition from teacher for general purposes English to teacher for special purposes English successful.
