摘 要:以某款直列四缸柴油发动机悬置系统为研究对象,为解决发动机在怠速工况下振动过大的问题,借助内燃机动力学仿真软件GT-CRANK,建立悬置系统虚拟样机模型,在不同悬置刚度下对悬置系统的隔振性能进行仿真分析,得到不同方向悬置刚度的变化对悬置系统隔振性能的影响规律,提出合理的优化方案。在满足悬置系统固有频率合理匹配及悬置限位要求的约束条件下,对原悬置系统进行优化设计。优化后,加速度的平均隔振率由优化前82.34%提高到优化后的88.74%,悬置系统的隔振性能得到改善。To solve the problem of engine’s excessive vibration in idle condition, the mounting system of an inline four-cylinder diesel engine was studied. By means of the dynamic simulation software GT-CRANK for diesel engines, a virtual prototype model of the mounting system was set up. Its vibration isolation performance was simulated for different stiffness of the mount system. The influences of variation of the mount stiffness in different directions on the vibration isolation performance of the mounting system were analyzed. Under the constraint conditions of reasonable matching between system’s natural frequency and mount spacing requirements, the optimization design of the mount system was given. After the optimization, the average vibration isolation rate was raised from 82.34 % to 88.74 % and the isolation performance of the mounting system was obviously improved.
