摘 要:学分制是一种先进的教学管理体制。在教学管理上推行学分制,有利于发挥学生个性,提高学生综合素质。但在目前我国高校的学分制教学管理中还存在不少问题。本文在分析学分制的基础上,结合本校推行学分制过程中取得的经验、教训和存在的实际问题,就改革和完善学分制教学管理提出了几点建议和想法。The credit system is an advanced system in educational administrative institutions. The introduction of the credit system in educational administrative institutions will facilitate students' personalities into full play, and improve their overall qualities. However, there have arisen many problems with the credit system-oriented educational administration. This paper puts forward some proposals concerning the reform and perfection in the credit system administration, the experience we have gained and the actual problems we have encountered during our practice as well.
