摘　　要：主题班会是每一位高校辅导员不可回避的一项重要工作,对于高职院校的辅导员来说,在准备主题班会前一定要先考虑学生的实际情况,根据学生存在的问题及学生的实际需要确定班会的主题,并进行充分的材料及理论上的准备,最后再针对主题选择恰当的形式来召开班会,才能取得最佳的教育效果。Class meetings on special topics represents an inevitable part of the work for counselors in colleges.Preparations for class meetings on special topics calls for full consideration of students' actual situations,accurate determination of the topics for class meetings and full preparations of data and theories on the basis of students' problems and practical needs.Finally,efforts should be made to select appropriate forms for the meeting based on the topic.This way contributes to the best educational effects.
